ISO: 'Best' vs. 'Perfect' Cookbook
Misc. Has anyone read or used one or both of the following cookbooks: "The Best Recipe," "The Perfect Recipe?" I wanted one of them, but now that I've read reviews for both, I'm not sure which one would be preferable. I think they're both from Cooks Illustrated, or one was written by a former editor from that magazine.
Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.
