ISO: Butterscotch tart

Hi Wendy
Just wondering if you ever found the recipe for school butterscotch tart, if so I'd love it. All the recipes I found said to eat cold and were more like a caramel blancmange on pastry. The butterscotch tart at Christchurch school in Virginia Water was served hot with custard but the "butterscotch" was not like blancmange, the texture was more like the filling in a treacle tart, but didn't taste like the syrup in a treacle tart.
