ISO: calamari steaks

I hope I did this right I'm trying to
respond back to Carol.Yes they are seafood.
The fish market I got them at said that they
were squid that were pounded flat.He said most
of his customers just sauteed them in butter.
or cut them in strips. They were different,
so I bought them and now I don't know what to
do with them.
