ISO: Candied Popcorn

Misc.
Does anyone out there have a recipe for candied popcorn?
I'm looking for something other than caramel corn.
Poppycock is a national brand of sweetened popcorn, more
of a vanilla flavor. It would be a good addition to an
autumn snack buffet table I'm preparing.
Thanks a bunch!
