ISO: canning recipes for pickle relish and pie filling

Misc.
I have just started to learn to can and I would like to know a couple of different things. First, can you can pickle relish and if so where can I find a recipe? I have looked through my cookbooks and have found nothing. Second, I would like to know if you can can pie fillings, such as apple or cherry? If so, is there a special recipe or can you just use your recipe that you would when making the pie? Thank you,
Michelle
