ISO: carmel popcorn without brown sugar
Misc.Hello;
Years ago I had a recipe for delicious carmel popcorn. I am pretty sure it did NOT involve brown sugar. The candy coating was light brown (Not like cracker jack) and you poured it over the popped corn and then baked it. It was very light caramel color (Similar to moose crunch or trader joes/target caramel popcorn with nuts). I remember it was quite easy to make and didn't even involve the use of a candy thermometer. The finished product was crunchy.
I have been unable to locate a copy of this recipe.
Does anyone have this recipe? THANKS from the Land of Sky Blue Water, Seattle
