ISO: casserole using ground beef, chili sauce, elbow macaroni, bacon, and cheese

I have lost a recipe that I used to make and my daughter loved. I can't find anything close by entering ingredients in searches. If anyone has something similar, please let me know.

You use ground beef, bell peppers, chili sauce, elbow macaroni, bacon and cheese. It is a casserole.
