looking for recipe for Cathy's Rum Cake. A spongey kind of cake with a pudding like rum filling, frosted with whipping cream. This is a treat from a Chandler, AZ catering company. They sell over 40,000 of them annually and the price averages $50 for a small cake. There are 10 of us at my office waiting desperately!
