ISO: Cheddar potato bake?

I am looking for a recipe for a side dish made with potatoes(chopped potatoes, not hashbrowns) that have a cheese and bacon mixture with them. I have heard it called cheddar potato bake and I have also heard it called bacon cheddar potatoes. This is a recipe I would like to find, but many recipes I looked up on the board call for hashbrowns. I tried to make it by guessing on the ingredients but all I got was a cheesy mess. Please help!!!!! thanks!
