Recipe: Scalloped Potatoes with Bacon

I havent tried this but this book comes from school mums - true and tried. Microwave

Scalloped Potatoes with Bacon

500g potatoes, sliced thinly
4 bacon rashers, chopped
3 green shallots, chopped
300g sour cream
1 cup grated tasty cheese
(garlic and herbs can be added if desired)

Place potato slices evely into shallow dish, cover cook on high 10 mins or until potatoes are tender, drain. Combine bacon and shallots in small dish, cover with absorbent paper. Cook high 2 mins or until slightly soft. Spread sour cream over potatoes, top with bacon mixture and cheese. Cook on high 5 mins or unti heated through and cheese melted.
