ISO: cheesecake recipe (Wolfies, Fort Lauderdale, Florida)

We have been married for 35 years this last summer and my husband still talks about a cheesecake we had in Fort Lauderdale, Florida the first year we were married. It came from a restaurant called Wolfies. I think it is not in business anymore. I have looked and looked for the recipe or one similar to it with no success. Can you help me? I would love to prepare it for him. Thanks. Ann
