ISO: Cheesecake with beaten egg whites and sour cream topping

Misc.
Hi all, I'm looking for a cheesecake recipe that my mother made for years and I've managed to lose. The egg whites were beaten to a stiff peak and then folded into the rest of the mixture. I know it included heavy cream, eggs, a bit of flour, vanilla, sugar, cream cheese.
After cooking, it received a sourcream topping.

Thanks in advance. :)
