ISO: Chevy's Tortilla Soup

Misc.
Chevy's restaurant had a wonderful tortilla soup that they discontinued back in 2001 (that was the reason I went to Chevy's)! I've looked for it in their cookbook (Chevys Fresh Mex Cookbook) but the soup is not listed in the index. I would love to have this recipe. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
