ISO: Chicken Tostada Salad from the Cheesecake Factory

Hello all! I am in search of the chicken tostada salad from the Cheesecake factory. (I would love the avocado cream sauce and viniagrette recipe as well!) It's 2 huge mounds of salad, with a mound of tomato salsa, black beans and corn on a bed of tortillas. This salad is DELICIOUS!!! :) Thanks! -Angel
