ISO: Chinese mango pancakes with ice cream

Hallo Amy, I tried these mango pancakes at a yam cha place in Brookvale and since then I'm looking for a recipe. Those pancakes where yellow and filled with sliced Mangos and a kind of ice cream, may be it was even frozen whipping cream. They where so good, did you try a recipe, that was goode, or anybody else?
