ISO: Chinese mango pancakes

Hi

One of my all time favourite desserts is the Chinese Mango Pancakes served as a Yum Cha (Dim Sum)dessert.

I have desperately tried to find a recipe for these, the chefs at the restaurants I have yum cha at just wont share the secret.

I actual pancake is cold and seems to be uncooked and not made of the traditional pancake ingredients.

If anyone knows how to make these pancakes, I would appreciate the recipe.
