ISO: Chocolate Biscotti

I have lost my favorite chocolate biscotti recipe in a fire. I have tried a
couple of new recipes and they were too tough. Maybe they had too many eggs. I
don't know. If you have a reliable chocolate biscotti recipe that you consider
a "tried and true" please share it with me.
