ISO: Convection oven cooking

I just got a new Whirlpool 27" Convection oven. Spent yesterday & today going thru message boards - looking for anything that will help me.

The book that came with it has no recipes- called 800# and was told that they discontinued it because they found it was not that helpful. Book just gives very general info - on just one page - I am kind of person that likes recipes - explaning everything. We cook lots of roasts - beef and pork, cook chicken pieces and whole - love pizza, bake pies, cakes, cookies, bread. Any recipes that you will share with me will be greatly appreciated.

I have a whole chicken I'm supposed to cook for supper - HELP!! Also can I cook any vegies with it at same time. sorry for going on so much, but am upset because didn't get any info with oven. thanks so much in advance for your replies. ruthador
