ISO: cooking for wedding reception - how much turkey for 100?

Misc.
I am cooking for my sisters wedding reception. She really enjoys my cooking and wanted me to cook the food. The menu is really simple but here is my dilemma. She wants roast turkey for her meat and I have never cooked turkey for a 100 people. Does anyone have any suggestions about much turkey to purchase?
