ISO: Cornish Hens

I'm in need of a simple recipe for Cornish Hens. I would perfer to bake them in the oven (being a college student and all I don't have a grill) and no stuffing, or fruit sauce. Just a simple recipe with seasoning and the hens. is there any recipe out there?
