ISO: Costco Innkeepers Apple Strudel Bread

Costco carries a delicious loaf of apple bread with a crumb topping. It is called "Innkeepers Apple Strudel Bread". It also comes in a Cranberry Orange.
Does any one have a recipe that is similar?
