ISO: Creamed Spinach and Creamed Corn like Fleming's Steak House

This is a two part request: I am trying to find two recipies for creamed corn and creamed spinach.
The creamed spinach is from FLEMING'S Steak house.
The corn recipe is like the creamed corn at FLEMINGS as well
but I want a corn recipe that is creamy but with cheese but NOT as
thick as a casserole. If anyone can help I would be most grateful!!
