ISO: Creamy Garden Coleslaw

Misc.
My mom cut a recipe for "Garden Slaw" from the Miami Herald about 20 yrs ago. It was creamy, sweet, not too much vinegar, had cabbage, bell pepper, celery seeds, cucumber, shreddy carrots, and more! It was the best coleslaw I've ever had.
Does anybody have that recipe? ...or one like it?
Hoping...Deanne
