ISO: creme brulee w/soy milk?

Has anyone had any luck in making creme brulee w/soy milk? I've had a request and not being that experienced w/soy milk, I'd like some input before I proceed. not sure if my regular creme brulee recipe will work or if I need to make any adaptations.

Any thoughts? Greatly appreciate it!
