ISO: Drop cookie recipes that make 10-15 dozen

Misc.

Our church is doing a fundraiser. We will be manning a rest stop with coffee
and cookies for weary travelers. I would like a couple cookie recipes that
make at least 10 to 15 dozen, preferably drop cookies. Anyone have a recipe
they have used for school functions or luncheons you would be willing to share.
I have already looked at TKL's quantity cooking links, but found nothing.
