ISO: Earl's Hunan and Mediterranean Linguini

I used to work at earl's and I got addicted to chili chicken on top of farkay w/ hunan sauce. I was wondering if you can give me the recipe for the hunan sauce. Also I was wondering if you had the recipe for the mediterranean linguini's olive oil sauce. That's another dish I love.
