ISO: Easter Dinner Menu Suggestions

We're entertaining friends for Easter dinner. Do you have any suggestions for a menu for a special dinner. I have done baked ham to death. I would appreciate any ideas for: starters, main course, side dishes. I just need some new ideas. If the recipes aren't obvious, could you include them? I appreciate any suggestions to get me out of this rut! Thanks!
