ISO: Egg safety tips
Misc.Hi,
I need to know how or if to use raw eggs to make homemade mayonaise. I have heard that they may have salmonella and you ned to somehow kill the salmonella. How ? Or do you think an egg substitute like egg beaters would be better? Sorry if I'm not making sense, basically I just want to make homemade mayonaise with no risk to my family. Thanks for your help.
