ISO: Elaborate Victorian Gingerbread House

I am looking for an elaborate Victorian gingerbread blueprint and instructions and tips for decorating the blueprint. I work in a Senior Living Community and I would like to have something that we can raffle and donate the proceeds to a local charity that collects coats and blankets for poor this winter.

I want to put it on a big piece of plywood covered with 'snow' etc. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
