ISO: Flourless Chocolate Waffles

I am looking for a flourless chocolate waffle recipe which was used by a chef in a Baltimore hotel restaurant in the early 1990's. I do not remember the hotel but the chocolate waffle dessert was a specialty and the chocolate waffle was made without flour. Maybe this restaurant still serves this item but I am without a clue as to whom to call. Any help would be appreciated.
