ISO: fruit cake (like collin street bakery) - question

I have bought all the ingredients to make the fruit cake like collin street bakery recipe, but the recipe that is posted does not include any oil or butter. Was it omitted by mistake? anyone else know?Am anxious to bake it, but don't want to waste all these expensive ingredients if it is a mistake.
