ISO: Fruit Tulip

I am looking for a recipe for Fruit Tulips. I had this at a bakery inside EPCOT Future World at Disney World and would love to make it for my family. The fortune cookie like crust is filled with creme then topped with fresh fruit and glazed. It was pretty and delicious. I have tried twice to make the crust without much success.
Thanks to anyone who can help.
