ISO: Gaufrette Iron Recipes

Misc.

I'm searching for dessert recipes using a Guafrette (aka Gauffrette)iron. This is a light, sweet, waffled wafer used for ice cream cones and desserts (similar to Pizzelle but a much finer wafer). Although I have found many gaufrette potato recipes, I have found only a handful of sweet Gaufrette recipes.
