ISO: Genevieve - Oops Somehow, I left that little detail out of the recipe

Genevieve, I am so sorry. I guess that I didn't proof read the recipe or if, I did, I missed the fact that I had left out the zucchini in the indredient list.
The recipe calls for:
2 to 3 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch rounds

My apologies, Genevieve, and to anyone else who thought they might try this recipe. Maybe Betsy can work her magic and slip it in between the onions and the plum tomatoes that are also called for in this recipe. If you have any other questions about this recipe, feel free to ask.
