ISO: Greek Recipes for Covered Dish Luncheon
Misc. I am selecting recipes to take to an International Covered Dish Luncheon. I am planning to make Baklava, but am wondering if anyone can suggest another dish that would be good to prepare ahead and take. I would love to make Spanakopita, but am not sure how it would taste since it won't be served for a couple of hours after baking. Thanks for your help!
