ISO: glazed meatballs with pineapple and grapejelly sauce

i tried a recipe for glazed meatballs and the glaze was made with crushed pineapple and grape jelly and now i can't find it, it was a great hit at a bridal shower i gave. hubby wants me to make them again and now i can't find the recipe.would appreicate any help.
