ISO: Glazing a Bundt Cake

How do i get a nice even Glaze when glazing a bundt cake....some in pictures the whole top of cake is glazed and then it has even glaze running down the cake....picture perfect or so...Mine never looks like that...do i pour all the glaze on top and hope it runs down evenly???
