ISO: Good Friday Dinner

Misc.
I was wondering what other people on this board make for dinner on Good Friday. Do you have a traditional dinner you always ate with your family as a child? Or have you made a new tradition?

Good Friday in my family was always the last gasp of Lent - the last meatless Friday that also had us drink water rather than milk, and forgo butter on our rolls. As a kid, it meant hope was in sight! Whatever I'd given up for Lent - usually some type of candy - would soon be mine again - often in a big pastel basket.

I hope some of you will have time to share your dinner ideas and recipes. It would be great to read about as I wait for latest 29 inches of snow to melt.........!
