ISO: Grasmere ginger cakes recipe

Misc.

I have searched several food/cooking sites for this recipe which contains finely ground oats, candied ginger as well as other baking ingredients. It is well known as a "flat" gingerbread prepared and sold in the village of Grasmere in the UK. One recipe was found on the net made by someone named Moragh (sp?) and is not the same recipe. If anyone has any info or a recipe to share, it would be greatly appreciated. TIA, and I apologize if this is too lengthy.
