ISO: Gringo Dip

Misc.
We just returned from having lunch at the 54th Street Grill...asked the server what was in the Gringo Dip. This is what she said: Pepper Jack Cheese, Monterey Jack Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, spinach, pico de gallo, cayenne pepper. I would LOVE to find out how to make this dip!!
