ISO: Heavy Bread Recipe for Breadmaker

I'm looking to make a heavy bread, maybe with lots of grains, in my breadmaker. Something along the line of a good hearty pumpernickel maybe. Can't figure out how to do it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
