ISO: help with Mama Pacetti's Spaghetti with Meatballs

Please help me with directions for meat sauce for mama pacetti's spaghetti with meatballs. You say brown the sirloin, drain and set aside. Are you talking about the meatballs. Then you say instead of adding meatballs, add the browned meat and stir to blend well. Am I missing something?
