Recipe: Wine Basted Red Potatoes (using garlic, rosemary and white wine)

WINE BASTED RED POTATOES

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
3 lb small red potatoes, quarter, quartered
5 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tbsp minced fresh or dried rosemary
1 tsp salt
1 cup white wine

In skillet, cook first five ingredients in hot oil over medium heat, stirring for 5 minutes.

Add wine, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 10 to 15 min or until potatoes are tender.

Makes 8 servings
