ISO: Holy Cow's Hot Fudge Pie

Many years ago, there was a restaurant that featured only desserts. Their star was their Hot Fudge Pie. As it is my children's (grown now) favorite dessert and one of them has a birthday soon, I really want to find this recipe. Hopefully, someone will have it or one like it.
