Recipe: Hot Fudge Pie (not Holy Cow's)

HOT FUDGE PIE

1/2 cup butter
3 squares bakers chocolate
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
3 large eggs
1/4 cup pecans (if desired)
ice cream (if desired)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch pie pan.

Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.

Beat in sugar. Fold in flour and nuts. Turn onto prepared pie pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20-30 minutes. Center should be moist. Do not over cook.

Serve warm with ice cream.
