ISO: Hough Bakery Chocolate Fudge Frosting, Chocolate Brownies, Chocolate Cupcakes

I grew up in Brecksville, Ohio, and would love to find these recipes. I heard that they were posted in the Plain Dealer at one time, but I can not find them. Did anyone ever find the book at the library? The frosting made the cupcake. Is is the same as the vanilla, only with cocoa?
