ISO: I need a good biscuit recipe

Misc.
My husband and I are going to start a restaurant up in the next few months.I need a good biscuit recipe. I just can't make a good biscuit. They always seem to be heavy and dry and don't rise well. They don't taste to bad. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for all your help. Sharon
