Misc.Dear Joan, 2 questions reYour: mock rye our first try gluten free in the machine
1.What is fruit sweet?
2. We have to adjust for a single rise machine which we don't have.
3. Is this a really wet dough- were not used to gluten free.We just need to know how to get around the single rise setting. Do you have any suggestions?
Ours is in the machine right now.
Thanks and God Bless.
