ISO: Ideas for using tubs of frozen cookie dough?

Hi everyone,

I am new to posting on the forum but am enjoying reading the other posts.

I am wondering if anyone has suggestions for using tubs of frozen cookie dough. I do not typically use this but I purchased several tubs from my children for school fundraisers several months ago. I made a batch of plain cookies and they were fine, but was wondering if there were some other ways I could use it (I would like some of the space back in my deep freezer!).
