ISO: I'm looking for a recipe for Babin's Seafood House seafood fondue.

This seafood fondue is in a creamy, cheesy sauce that has blackened oysters, shrimp, possibly some crawfish and maybe other seafood. I believe it also has maybe some mushrooms in it. It is delicious and is served with garlic bread.
